Gifty Kotey
RN | PRESIDENT & FOUNDER
Gifty G. Kotey holds many titles. She is a wife, a mother of three, a grandmother of six, an educator, a healer, a pioneer, and a businesswoman.
Gifty Kotey got her degree in Nursing and started her professional career. Her experience includes Medical-Surgical Nursing, Geriatrics, Psychiatry, Orthopedics, and numerous supervisory roles, which ultimately led her to develop Gee’s Nursing Care Services and Gee’s Career Training Institute in 2005.
Gifty is actively participating in teaching her students and share her experiences to help them get better job, better life and become a responsible member of the society.
Lisa Brown
MHA BSN RN | CEO
Lisa has been apart of GCTI since its inception in 2005 and has remained a reliable decision-maker who is focused on keeping the spirit of the GCTI’s mission alive.
Lisa Brown attended North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and received her bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
After completing her degree, she then went on to join the United States Air Force Reserves, where she became a Captain and a Flight Nurse.
Lisa was a skilled Flight Nurse and was promoted quickly to become a Flight Nurse Instructor. She decided that she wanted to advance her education and later enrolled into the University of Maryland University College, where she pursued her Master’s degree in Health Care Administration.
Lisa has over 15 years of clinical RN experience, which ranges from Intermediate Care, PACU, Forensic Psychiatry, and Case Management. She now functions as the CEO and influences all operations of GCTI.
